Insurance Claims Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day customer service and administration of multiple property insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new claims, schedule estimators and submit quotes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff members
  • Update records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare and provide necessary documentation for claim processing
  • Authorize payment to specialist trades
  • Review and approve incoming invoices from respective trades
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple claims
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience in claims handling (desirable)
  • Industry knowledge (desirable)
