The Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on people's lives through innovative healthcare solutions? Cochlear has an opportunity for a full time Global Implants Product Manager based in our Macquarie, Sydney Global HQ. As the Global Implants Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of one of the most exciting spaces in our portfolio to play a pivotal role in driving the development of new product from concept to commercialisation.

Responsibilities include:
Product Strategy, New Product Development and Launch: Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D to drive product development from concept to commercialisation for the global implants portfolio Market and Category Analysis, Customer Insights and Engagement: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify future opportunities for growth, assess competitor landscape, anticipate future trends and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the cochlear implants space New Product Launch Excellence: Lead successful product launches across global markets, developing and executing on launch plans with cross-functional teams Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product lifecycle with continue focus on maximising customer and commercial value Regional Support: Collaborate and partner effectively with regional teams to provide support on product portfolio

About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential:

- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on implantable devices.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing global product portfolios.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to understand complex products/services and to identify and assess commercial opportunities.
- Proven track record in:

- Developing upstream conception, definition of new products and services.
- Deploying downstream product/services plans for products and services.
- Product/services concept creation and realisation.
- Outcome focused with process and project orientation.

Relevant qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Ideal:

- Sales experience in a medical device or surgical space
- International experience highly desirable
