**Custom Product Coordinator Role Overview**

Stryker is a global leader in the medical device industry that focuses on changing lives through collaboration and innovation.

We design, manufacture, and distribute innovative orthopedic implants and state-of-the-art medical equipment to enhance people's lives.

This role plays a vital part in our Custom Implants team, responsible for designing patient-specific implants using CAD software.

The Custom Product Coordinator will support the design team by coordinating surgical cases across regions and responding to urgent requests from clinical teams.

This role bridges the gap between our Design Engineers and Sales/Marketing teams, driving commercial growth for our Custom Implants division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end communication and coordination of Custom Product processes with global operations and sales teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for APAC market, liaising with internal teams and external customers.
  • Manage shared Mailbox and Portal, handling daily inquiries from operations, field staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate escalations beyond routine business, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Logistic Carriers, and Custom Product Team for urgent deliveries.
  • Work with GQO, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sales departments to enhance processes and address issues.
  • Support and report key indicators such as lead time, monthly performance, and trend tracking.

Requirements:
  • A relationship-driven executer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage changing priorities.
  • Experience in a highly customer-facing environment (e.g. customer service, airline industry, call centre sales etc.).
  • Strong attention-to-detail with great problem-solving skills.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to partner effectively with global sales & operations teams.
