Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for processing product returns and ensuring relevant implantable devices are traceable through our Patient Device Tracking database.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Timely processing of product return shipments
    Stock transfers, material requests, patient implant registration duties, card printing and mailout
  • Processing all relevant implantable product/patient details
    Patient tracking assistance
  • Supporting the training of new employees
    PDT training
  • Assisting in managing customer calls and enquiries post-implant
    Customer support
  • Providing data management support through implant tracking
    Sales data management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior admin experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations such as TGA patient information
  • Effective communication skills to speak confidently to stakeholders internally and externally
  • High level of attention to detail with vigilance for sensitive/confidential information
  • Consistency, responsibility and reliability to ensure time-sensitive tasks are met
