Job Opportunity: People Partner
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing our organisational strategy, contributing to the development of initiatives that support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders at all levels to deliver our people strategy and support business objectives.
Execute initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
Manage people risk and demonstrate strategic thinking to improve HR practices and outcomes.
Accountability for delivery of HR programs, initiatives and activities, supporting the Centre of Excellence in delivering People Organisation priorities.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with a focus on organisational development.
Effective stakeholder, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
High level oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures and manage change effectively.
