Job Opportunity: People Partner

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing our organisational strategy, contributing to the development of initiatives that support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders at all levels to deliver our people strategy and support business objectives.
  • Execute initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
  • Manage people risk and demonstrate strategic thinking to improve HR practices and outcomes.
  • Accountability for delivery of HR programs, initiatives and activities, supporting the Centre of Excellence in delivering People Organisation priorities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with a focus on organisational development.
  • Effective stakeholder, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • High level oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to navigate large/complex organisational structures and manage change effectively.
