Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our Human Resources team as a People Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including maintenance of personnel records, recruitment coordination, and benefits administration;">
  • Assist with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures;">
  • Coordinate and manage training and development programs for employees;">
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources practices;">
  • Prepare reports and presentations on human resources metrics and analytics;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to have a positive attitude, a motivation to learn, and a demonstrated commitment to your career in Human Resources.

Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or proven experience in a relevant human resources/administration position.
