**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
- Maintain trails, pathways, and outdoor recreational areas.
- Assist with Reverse Osmosis water system operation and minor repairs.
- Remove debris, fallen branches, and general litter to keep the grounds tidy.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including leaf removal and fire prevention measures.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.
- Monitor and report any issues with infrastructure, including fences, walkways, and drainage systems.
- Assist with minor repairs to outdoor furniture, signage, and structures.
- Support the maintenance team in larger projects as needed.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of tools, equipment, and chemicals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of semi-rural land management and associated systems, i.e. water bore, water treatment plant, on-site septic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of native plants, pest control, or environmental conservation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Volunteer

Pay: $23.50 - $33.75 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 22.5 per week
