This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the site, attending to maintenance issues, and ensuring high standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
  • Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
  • Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, follow protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

This position requires hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to respond calmly in emergencies. We seek a proactive, positive, and committed individual who can deliver high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of [insert years] years' experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • A Certificate III or higher in a relevant trade (e.g., landscaping, carpentry, electrical).
    OR equivalent qualification/s gained through experience.
  • A current forklift license and/or other plant operation licenses as required by the role.
