At our community, we are dedicated to creating an environment that is safe, pleasant and welcoming for all residents, visitors and staff. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to various maintenance requests to ensure the upkeep of our facilities and grounds. This will involve liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to a high standard, overseeing maintenance work undertaken by contractors, and carrying out preventative maintenance tasks as per schedules.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team and be a friendly face to our residents. If you have experience in General Maintenance, groundskeeping and 'Handyperson' roles, and possess a warm and caring personality, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in General Maintenance, groundskeeping and 'Handyperson' roles.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A current Police Check certificate.
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date.
