Grounds maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of facilities.

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in the Metro Perth area, responsible for providing high-quality groundskeeping services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control & turf maintenance.
- Refresh gardens with woodchip, mulch and new plants to enhance their visual appeal.
- Clean external buildings using pressure washers as required to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Remove all garden waste and transport it to authorized transfer stations, adhering to environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of job updates to ensure seamless project management.
- Adopt a proactive approach to groundskeeping maintenance and repairs, identifying potential issues before they escalate.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Previous experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record and experience driving trailers, allowing for efficient task completion.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and make sound decisions quickly, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- High standards of integrity and reliability, maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional ethics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
- Familiarity with technology used to monitor locations/jobs, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
