**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant degree/qualification in Information Technology
- Experience supporting a wide range of technologies, including PC's, Mac's, iPhones, Android and POS
- Great customer Service and interpersonal skills are essential
- Understanding of ITIL, incident, problem, and asset management.
- Passion for understanding the root cause of issues, and delivering with a fix-for-good mindset
