**Job Title:** Junior IT Support Technician

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our IT team as an Entry Level IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, responding to IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up and configure hardware, software, and network devices as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including setting up new employees' computers and networks
  • Support network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and guides
  • Help with inventory and asset tracking
  • Participate in ongoing IT projects and upgrades

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
