Role Summary:

We are seeking skilled medical device specialists to contribute to infection prevention and control in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Sterilising Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of reusable medical devices through sterilisation and disinfection processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate services to meet operational needs
  • Undertake accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum Sterilisation Services Certificate III or equivalent for a Grade 3 position, or Certificate IV or equivalent for a Grade 4 position
  • Experience working in all areas of CSSD with ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and quality improvement
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards impacting sterilizing services
