About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will analyze, triage, and resolve Level 2 incidents to provide solutions that enable HR, Payroll, and IT teams to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes
  • Analyzing, triaging, and resolving Level 2 incidents
  • Providing solutions to enhance team performance
  • Team member/user administration
  • Data integrity management
  • User support through documentation and guidance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Proficiency in user administration and access control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
