- Develop strong relationships with end-users, fostering a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and optimize workflows.

- Encourage customer feedback and actively seek opportunities to enhance results.

- Identify gaps in existing processes and work with peers to develop and implement solutions.

- Maintain accurate documentation and procedures to ensure business continuity.

- Proactively address technology issues, liaising with external parties as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

- Experience with Jamf

- Familiarity with Mac devices

- Knowledge of Papercut

- Understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019

- Strong network knowledge

- A positive attitude with a 'can-do' mindset

- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts

- Experience with A/V hardware and systems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

All team members are required to hold a valid Victorian Working with Children Check and a Police Check.

Key requirements include:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent time management and organization skills
