**Digital Records Coordinator**

**Your role**
As part of the Information Management (IM) group, the Digital Records Coordinator is responsible for providing advice and supporting the implementation of records management programs and activities in line with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines, to facilitate the achievement of the Department's records management function objectives.
**What you'll do**
- Provide advice to employees on records management and related functions to ensure all relevant business information to be recorded, maintained and secure.
- Assist information asset owners/custodians in developing, supporting and maintaining digital records solutions and initiatives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business units across the Department to implement and transition from physical to digital records management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver digital records management solutions across DCJ to meet changing business needs.
- Embed Records management policies, guidelines and principles into business system design and processes.
- Work with projects and existing teams to define how information should be created, managed, used and deleted.
- Collaborate with project teams to embed records management by design into new solutions.
**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in digital records management including developing rollout strategies and implementing systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and develop effective digital records solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of records retention schedules and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide expert guidance.
