LITUP Records is an independent music group based in the Sydney/Illawarra region, built upon supporting the growth and development of local artists and groups. As not only a music agency, it targets the practice of supporting Mental Health awareness, and in collaboration with it's artists has used this as a platform previously to hosting events which contributed to the support of various charities in awareness of such a strong cause in our society.

Role Description

The role based in Sydney, NSW. As the Artist's Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day tasks of managing the artist's journey in the music industry, which includes Social Media Management, booking events, negotiating deals, and promoting. You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, liaising with various stakeholders in the industry, and ensuring smooth operational management of the artists' professional engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to orchestrate and execute release campaigns & strategies
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in talent management and event coordination
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional activities
  • Understanding of the music or entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms related to artist management
  • Experience with Social Media management is preferred but not ideal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexible to handle diverse and dynamic tasks
  • Experience with playlisting campaigns with groups such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music etc.
