Job Description:
As a seasoned identity specialist, you will oversee the development and implementation of our Identity Governance and Administration platform.
Lead and support integration efforts across various systems and applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, enabling automated provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities.
Drive automation of identity lifecycle processes, ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient access management in line with business requirements.
Lead project design decisions, define solution architecture for identity-related initiatives, and provide expert recommendations to stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing hands-on leadership in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
Designing and implementing enhancements to the IGA platform, including workflow optimization, policy updates, and new feature enablement to meet evolving organizational needs.
Configuring and managing application onboarding for access governance and single sign-on (SSO) via Entra ID and other federation protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).
Hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM), actively implementing and managing IAM solutions primarily using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar platforms.
