About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team as a Director.

In this role, you will work with leading IAM specialists on diverse and exciting projects across various industries.

As part of our Cybersecurity & Digital Trust Team, you will help businesses, multinational corporations, not-for-profits and governments solve their most complex problems and improve their cyber resilience.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes to clients across the entire delivery lifecycle, including strategy, solution architecture, design, and implementation.

You will have 7+ years of proven experience in IAM, providing strategy and architectural services across Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.

You should have experience leading IAM delivery teams, engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, and driving support and adoption of key decisions.

Your Impact Will Be Seen By:

  • Providing deep technical and architectural leadership to a team of specialists to deliver innovative and sustainable Digital Identity services and solutions.
  • Leading client engagements and participating in industry discussions to understand upcoming product roadmaps and IAM trends.
  • Developing innovative thought leadership through the creation of internal tools and procedures to uplift the team's knowledge base.
