Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity Specialist to lead our identity governance and administration (IGA) platform.
Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, and operate the IGA platform with a focus on technical delivery.
Configure and manage the platform, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute identity lifecycle tasks such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Drive design decisions, contribute to process and system improvements, and play a key role in developing team capability.
As a senior member, you will mentor junior analysts, deliver training, and help shape the strategic direction of the identity function.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM), actively implementing and managing IAM solutions primarily using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar platforms.
Practical knowledge of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices applied in real-world environments.
Proven experience conducting in-depth access reviews, security assessments, and remediation activities.
