Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity Specialist to lead our identity governance and administration (IGA) platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, engineer, and operate the IGA platform with a focus on technical delivery.
  • Configure and manage the platform, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute identity lifecycle tasks such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Drive design decisions, contribute to process and system improvements, and play a key role in developing team capability.

As a senior member, you will mentor junior analysts, deliver training, and help shape the strategic direction of the identity function.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM), actively implementing and managing IAM solutions primarily using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices applied in real-world environments.
  • Proven experience conducting in-depth access reviews, security assessments, and remediation activities.
