Job Title: Senior Identity Specialist\

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Specialist to join our Identity and Access Technology (IAT) teams.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, technologies, IT audit, internal controls, and risk management principles.

As a Senior Identity Specialist, you will assist in the following key responsibilities:

•Translating identity controls, standards, and guidelines into technology platforms and operational processes.

•Collating data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.

•Developing and executing test plans to assess control effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

•Forming a detailed view of control operations and processes, including scripts, queries, extracts, processes, and procedures.

•Contributing to actionable insights that aid Business Unit prioritisation and supporting remediation activities.

•Working closely with teams across the organization to collate existing test findings, conduct workshops, and support walkthroughs.

•Drafting management responses and supporting organisational focus on enhanced control testing automation.

Key qualifications and skills include:

•Demonstrated experience in Identity Access or Cyber controls.

•Strong IAM knowledge, including processes and key technology.

•Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing, or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.

•Experience in contributing to internal and external audits.

•Strong data skills, with automation experience.

•Very strong written and communication skills.
