Job Description:

As a seasoned identity specialist, you will oversee the development and implementation of our Identity Governance and Administration platform.

  • Lead and support integration efforts across various systems and applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, enabling automated provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities.
  • Drive automation of identity lifecycle processes, ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient access management in line with business requirements.
  • Lead project design decisions, define solution architecture for identity-related initiatives, and provide expert recommendations to stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on leadership in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SailPoint platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
  • Designing and implementing enhancements to the IGA platform, including workflow optimization, policy updates, and new feature enablement to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Configuring and managing application onboarding for access governance and single sign-on (SSO) via Entra ID and other federation protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).
  • Hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM), actively implementing and managing IAM solutions primarily using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar platforms.
