The successful candidate will possess
Demonstrable track record as a leader within a complex commercial organisation or statutory authority comparable to VenuesWest.
Proven exceptional team leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to negotiate highly complex commercial contracts.
The ability to think critically, navigate ambiguity and analyse macroeconomic/market trends.
Demonstrated experience anticipating industry shifts as well as the ability to act with agility in a fast-paced environment and effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated agility in a fast-paced environment, effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders; ability to successfully navigate ambiguity to achieve VenuesWest's strategy, in line with WA government priorities.
