**The Client**

**The Role**
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place.
- Proactively monitor agreed SLAs to ensure they are met on a daily basis.
- Development of risk management plans and risk mitigation activities.
- Report on implementation of agreed service improvement plans.

**Essentials**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- Great stakeholder engagement.
- Willing to work outside regular hours.
- Skilled in following established IT processes, to meet customer expectations.
- Ability to understand customer issues and identify IT service delivery requirements to deliver outcomes.

**Desirable Skills**
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Think and solve problems with the most effective solutions.
