Mercy Community are embarking on a period of transformation to provide solutions to drive improvements and efficiencies across our organisation. To support this journey, an opportunity exists for an experienced **Change Analyst** to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. Applications will be considered from individuals looking for either full-time or part-time hours.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of change management activities to maximise employee adoption of People & Culture projects and change initiatives. In addition to developing change management artefacts across a project lifecycle, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, change heat maps, change readiness checks and action plans, and communication of changes.
- Creating communication collateral about the changes from current state to future state, learning activities, and expected benefits of the change.
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to identify change impacts and readiness activities.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting on change progress to key People & Culture stakeholders.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will hold tertiary qualification/certifications in Organisational Change Management or equivalent work experience. You will understand key change management principles, techniques and tools, and have proven experience working with key stakeholders on change activities delivering to project timeframes and outcomes.

This role will suit someone who can deliver face-to-face and virtual workshop facilitation, develop strong relationships, and have strong negotiation, facilitation, consultation, and communication skills to guide others to move toward a common vision or goal. Your ability to prioritise workloads, deal with competing priorities, and work collaboratively will be key to your success.
