Business Analysis Leadership Opportunity

This is an 8-month secondment opportunity to lead a team of Business Analysts (BA) and Process Analysts (PA), coordinating initiatives assigned to each team member.

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst/Continuous Improvement Lead in an agile delivery environment.
  • They will be proficient in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and data models (BPMN 2.0).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To uplift capability through effective coaching of Business Analysts.
  2. To translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  3. To collaborate with Technology team members to deliver outstanding results.
  4. To demonstrate best practice business analysis and mentor team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Continuous Improvement Lead in an agile delivery environment.
  • Proficient skills in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models (BPMN 2.0).
  • Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer and user experiences.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM or similar.
  • BA Certification - Agile AAC, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP.
