You'll collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, business goals, and governance frameworks.* Elicit, validate, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with analysis standards and best practices.* Verify business and system solutions to ensure they deliver value and maintain high service quality.* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and shared success.* Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions, ensuring follow-up on action items to achieve agreed outcomes.* Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, incorporating stakeholder feedback.* Provide ongoing support to the delivery team through all stages of project.* Ensure requirement traceability and solution alignment through close collaboration with developers, testers, and stakeholders, supporting thorough validation across the delivery lifecycle.* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalation to ensure smooth delivery.**What You Will Bring:*** 2+ years of business analysis or equivalent experience.* Wealth Management experience in superannuation, investment, or insurance services.* Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.* Confident in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.* Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.* Proficient with business analysis tools such as Visio (with BPMN notation), MIRO, Jira, and Confluence.* Clear and concise communicator who actively listens and values diverse perspectives.* Collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently.* Keen problem solver with a proactive approach.* Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments.* Industry certifications such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA, IIBA AAC, or Scrum Master are welcomed but not mandatory.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
