**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Bloom Disability Network is seeking a cheerful, extroverted and bubbly Disability Support Worker to join our team in supporting our client with access to the community. The client experienced a brain injury after a brain aneurysm, and after recovering in a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, is now living in a home environment.

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Current First Aid Certificate
- Driver's License
- Valid National Police Clearance
- Valid WWCC
- At least 2 Professional References
- Outgoing, upbeat personality
