We manage healthcare for our residents, so they can relax and enjoy their daily activities.

We offer long-term, permanent residential aged care services across 11 residential aged care facilities in South East Queensland. We are dedicated to upholding the values of Lutheran Services and our goal is to be Queensland's most love service provider

**About the Opportunity**:
The General Manager, Residential Aged Care provides day-to-day leadership to Service Managers to ensure residential aged care outcomes deliver on Lutheran Services strategic objectives. The General Manager works collaboratively with the broader organisational leadership in the development and implementation of operational strategies and delivery of key performance measures outlined in the Lutheran Services strategic plan.

This position is responsible for ensuring that services work within their operating budgets and that KPIs are met. The General Manager also responds to performance related issues, complaints, emergency situations, and mandatory reporting incidents promptly and in accordance with legislation and Lutheran Services policies.

You will be able to demonstrate that you have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a Human Services/Health related discipline
- Considerable experience in Residential Aged Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders.

You will be a leader of leaders, inspiring purpose and values-driven behaviour, promoting innovative thinking, and maintaining a long-term strategic perspective to drive organisational and systems efficiency. They will have the ability to achieve objectives by effectively leading and delivering cross-functional plans and managing resources efficiently.
