**Job Description**:
Do you have a passion for coordinating Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team

As Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the face of our business taking ownership of our front of house operations in a small team of four highly skilled and valued professionals. This is a Fast paced, multi-faceted role in passionate team offering daily opportunity to engage with broad range of stakeholders.

**Rostered days are Monday to Thursday 8 am until 1 pm.**

**Who are we looking for?**

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment; there's never a dull moment at Sodexo
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role/industry
- Strong customer service background with the ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships
- Experience across front desk workplace facilities services, assisting with facilities management relevant to the office premises i.e. site walks, preventative and reactive maintenance, EHS checks
- Ordering supplies for the office, kitchen and catering
- General reporting, Invoicing, PO creation, supporting all other administrative functions relevant to the role including Mailroom and Courier services.
