About this role

We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. As the champion of creating an exceptional and engaging workplace experience, you will be responsible for facilitating first-class customer service and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reception and administration, with strong self-management and problem-solving skills. They will thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role involves:

  • Reception Desk: Owning the reception desk to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Event Planning: Overseeing logistics and coordinating with suppliers for internal meetings and events.
  • Culture Initiatives: Spearheading cultural initiatives, such as team-building activities, birthday celebrations, or curating a visually inspiring office space.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in reception and administration, adept at managing calls, arranging meetings, and overseeing facilities.
  • Strong self-management and problem-solving skills, thriving within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a deep understanding of general business needs and service delivery.
