Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to create exceptional workplace experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This includes managing building and equipment maintenance schedules, coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance activities, liaising with external partners, and supporting sustainability initiatives and health, safety, security, and environment compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Sustain a safe and healthy work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities & maintenance coordination
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements
- Degree in a related field preferred
