This is an excellent opportunity to lead an experienced and dedicated team in repairing and maintaining a modern fleet of equipment.RequirementsWhat the Role EntailsYou will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of a wide variety of work both in shop and field on multiple sites throughout the Beresfield and Newcastle area Your key responsibilities will be: Liaising with Original Equipment Manufacturers Leading the work group to achieve deadlines Identify Continual Improvement opportunity Prompt response to Machine downtime events Complete repairs to budget and time constraints What you will need for this roleTo be considered for this role you will: Be a Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic with extensive Construction Equipment experience Have demonstrated leadership experience Have the ability to effectively communicate Have a high awareness of safety and demonstrated experience working within a safety focused environment Have the ability to be hands on as requiredJob PreviewThis role will see you work with a great team, earn an excellent rate of pay and work for a Company who values their employees.If you are looking for a stable career where you will be recognised for your hard work and dedication, please submit your application by clicking 'Apply Now'.
