This role is for an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join the new Professionals Real Estate office in Greater Springfield.
You will be responsible for driving residential sales, with a potential focus on new house and land packages.
The position requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in residential property and/or new house and land packages.

Utilizing the provided marketing resources and administrative support to maximize reach and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Generate and pursue new leadsthrough various methods, including networking, referrals, and company-provided resources, to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct property appraisalsto provide accurate market valuations and secure new listings.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plansfor properties in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize exposure to potential buyers.
Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features and benefits and effectively addressing any inquiries.
Negotiate sales agreements between buyers and sellersto achieve mutually agreeable terms and successful outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer servicethroughout the entire sales process, ensuring clear communication and building trust with all parties involved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsof client interactions, property details, and sales activities using the provided CRM system.
Stay informed about current markettrends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
Adhere to all relevant real estate legislationand ethical standards.
Collaborate effectively with administrative staffto ensure smooth transaction processing and client support.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessionsto enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Possession of a valid Queensland Driver's License and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Queensland Real Estate License.
Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.
Well-developed written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also contribute effectively as a member of a team.
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM databases.
Immaculate personal presentation and a strong self-motivation with a genuine passion for achieving success in real estate.
