Job Title: Factual Investigator Workers CompensationJob Description:

The Factual Investigation Division is seeking experienced Factual Investigators to join our team in Adelaide. We are looking for skilled professionals who can conduct thorough investigations and produce detailed reports.

  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA;
  • Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
  • Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations (mandatory);
  • A current and valid Investigators Licence (mandatory) is required;
  • A current and valid driver's licence and vehicle are necessary;
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation is highly desirable;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally is crucial.
