Job Title: Real Estate Transactions Lead
Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Real Estate transactions and asset management team in Australia. As a key member of our global business, you will oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of Real Estate assets across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team responsible for direct Real Estate transactions and asset management in Australia.
- Lead the full transaction life-cycle, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating agreements, negotiating terms, coordinating due diligence, and closing deals.
- Execute capital market activities related to financing assets according to Portfolio Managers' requirements.
- Manage property dispositions in line with guidance from Portfolio Managers.
