Chief Real Estate Transaction Manager

The position of Australia Head of Real Estate Transactions/Acquisitions at our organization is a leadership role responsible for managing the team's direct real estate transactions and asset management in Australia. As a key member of our company, you will be accountable for leading the full transaction life-cycle, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence processes, and ensuring the successful closure of deals.
">- Responsibilities include team management, capital market activity, property dispositions, investment strategy execution, and overseeing assets during holding periods by sitting as a director of investment vehicles.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, preferably from institutional asset management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate development.
- Key qualifications include a demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions across commercial and residential assets, as well as established relationships with investors to drive new business.
