Hays Technology are currently partnered with a well-established International Manufacturing Organisation to appoint an experienced Application Support Specialist to a 6-month contract with extension opportunity.

**Your new role**

Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:

- Experience/willingness to become a champion of agile best practices, working in sprints, backlog refinement, and administering azure boards.
- Communication skills to chat with users and gather requirements for upcoming development pieces.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and determine root cause of reported issues, particularly with power automate flows.
- Manage support ticket queue and priorities.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations by responding through support tickets or in person where appropriate.
- Keep on top of the team's backlog to ensure it is up-to-date with necessary information.
- Facilitate team meetings like sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in attaining this role, you will have:

- Experience in a similar-based role
- C#, PowerApps, basics of SQL, Azure cloud environment
- Understanding of RPA Solutions built in AutoIT
- Experience using Azure boards (Kanban)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
