Our client is looking for an
Applications Support

person to join a growing team and growing business providing support across applications.

The Role :

●       Report to the Head of IT

●       Action and resolve assigned incoming support requests via the IT Help Desk

●       Assisting with the ongoing administration of BigCommerce and NetSuite

●       Supporting and reviewing data flows and integrations between systems

●       Contributing to website updates, theme tweaks, and customer experience improvements

●       Helping maintain and develop internal IT systems and applications

●       Providing support for in-store systems and retail operations

Requirements:

Mandatory :

●       Previous IT help desk / Support experience

●       Experience in supporting both Microsoft and Apple desktop platforms

●       Familiarity with
ecommerce platforms

(BigCommerce experience a bonus)

●       Some experience with
ERP systems

(NetSuite highly regarded)

●       Ability to learn and support
middleware/integration tools

(like Celigo)

●       Understanding of
HTML, CSS, and web-based technologies

●       Ability to troubleshoot and support
cloud/webservice-based applications

●       Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team

Desirable :

●       Background in frontend or backend web development

●       Knowledge of .NET, or other development languages

●       A degree or qualification in IT, Web Development or a related field
