**Account Manager - Individual Giving - Australia wide**

The Account Manager (Individual Giving) is a key member of the team who supports the daily account management for a variety of key charity clients. This role supports in the creation, preparation, and implementation of fundraising plans across multiple channels to deliver desired targets for clients. This role is responsible for the day to day management of client's needs (IG and DM focused) in a timely and accurate manner whilst maintaining highest levels of client service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Day-to-day delivery of Individual Giving/Direct Marketing plans for a range of inspiring charity clients
- Implement IG fundraising plans across multiple channels including direct mail
- Coordinate campaigns and appeals end to end from concept to delivery, overseeing production and agency/stakeholder management
- Work with the team and clients on plans around both acquisition and retention activity
- Support on client communication, liaison and reporting on account activity
- Development of innovative and creative ideas to support in pitches across your accounts
- Generate reports and status notifications for clients and internal teams
- Participate in meetings and workshops with your clients
- Work with multiple clients across multiple projects within schedules and budgets

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Individual Giving experience (at any level) with the ability to implement direct marketing appeals end to end
- Ability to support in the planning of and execution of best practice multi-channel campaigns
- Understanding of both acquisition and retention activity
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
- Excellent project management, time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Highest level of written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a number of projects simultaneously according to timelines within budget constraints
- Highly self-motivated with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work within a dynamic, innovate and passionate group of Fundraisers who love to challenge the status quo
