We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in a permanent part-time role, working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

As the welcoming face of Lumus Imaging, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.

**What your day will look like**:

- Provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact
- Schedule exams and appointments, offering information
- Manage patient records across multiple sites
- Handle Medicare billing with team support
