We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Wollongong.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients
- Schedule exams and appointments, offering information and support
- Manage patient records across multiple sites
- Handle Medicare billing with team support
