**About the role**
Mamamia's **Paid Performance Manager** will develop, plan and execute paid digital campaigns for brands working with Squad across Influencer and Content marketing. You will be the go to paid media expert with experience in paid strategy as well as knowledge of search and social channels.
Day to day includes activating paid social campaigns, paid social strategy and optimising campaigns to ensure delivery against benchmarks and providing future recommendations. Your role will work closely with the implementation team and ensure that our clients experience success and consistent results from their paid campaigns.
In addition to working with Squad across Influencer and Content marketing campaigns, this role will work with the broader Mamamia marketing team on their SEM and paid social strategy and implementation to ensure the continued growth of their messaging and optimisation of their product launches.
- Act as main point of contact for key retainer clients in relation to paid media, ensuring campaigns are implemented correctly, optimised and we hit key KPIs
- Provide strategic direction for paid media campaigns across our clients in a timely manner
- Continuous optimisation of paid campaigns ensuring, formats, creative and frequency are all considered to drive optimal performance
- Managing client paid budgets to ensure we deliver within constraints and achieve client benchmarks.
- Remain deeply engaged in social, the trade press, events and our partner relationships. Stay on top of the latest developments in Paid social, algorithms and Google search
- Attend client WIPS and internal WIPs with the team and participate to the ongoing development of client campaigns
- Contribute to client reporting by adding insightful commentary around paid social and performance.
- Work with the Squad strategy team and Head of Commercial on the SEM/SEO strategy for the Squad team and support in growing their brand presence and followers
- Work with the MM marketing team on Paid social and SEM requirements across new product launches and key messaging.
**About you**
As Mamamia's Paid Performance Manager you are confident with client facing communication and can provide clear direction to Client Managers on paid solutions guiding each campaign through to completion.
You're comfortable collaborating with different specialists and seniors across design, sales, account management and implementation.
- Background in Paid social account management, preferable to have experience in paid strategy and an understanding of SEO.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in maintaining ongoing budget planning and investment of each campaign

- Strong knowledge of social, ad formats and creative
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment
