TalentWeb are delighted to be supporting one of their key clients in their search for someone to take full ownership of digital media performance trading results to enhance program outcomes.
**The Opportunity**
- Integrate and implement effective global trading strategies to enhance the Australian program's outcomes.
- Share successful domestic trading approaches with our global counterparts, facilitating collaboration and exchange of best practices and develop insights to facilitate improvement.
- Lead and provide direction for digital media execution.
- Oversee the positional share, optimisation and negotiation of digital platform investment to deliver media cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the digital planning team on strategic digital media recommendations to optimise the investment outcomes.
- Seek and recommend new digital media opportunities to accelerate the performance of overall digital paid media.
- Drive strategic solutions across performance trading through new developments and opportunities within tech platforms.
- Ensure all digital media investment is delivered on time and to budget.
- Provide technology input and oversee API connections for various tech stack programs ie Power BI.
- Drive effective collaboration with senior stakeholders to develop opportunities and contribute to road mapping on tech stack initiatives to improve performance.
- Provide ongoing paid trading implications for existing digital platform content licensing deals.
- Provide guidance on Australian performance trends for strategic considerations for new or recurrent digital content licencing deals both domestic and global.
- Oversee the digital media trading team to engage and convert off-platform digital audiences through SEM, Social, Programmatic and other related digital channel activities.
**About You**
With demonstrated expertise across performance media, video, social marketing and MarTech, you have a track record in leading teams of digital professionals. You have a seep understanding of the digital media landscape, are at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour, and know what industry best practice looks like.
You bring:
- A deep understanding and proficiency in Google as a platform.
- Advanced understanding and working knowledge of MarTech and integrations within internal systems.
- Expertise in relation to creating API connectors.
- Sound knowledge of integrating ad tech into Power BI.
- Strong reporting and data visualization tool experience.
- Experience across ad-server platforms and technologies.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omni-channel campaign delivery.
- An innovative, forward thinking approach with a test and learn mindset and experience in agile optimisation.
- A comfort in using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimize.
- The confidence and demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders.
- The ability to deliver multiple solutions within a complex and busy environment
