Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage one (1)
**Family Liaison**
**Officer** to support in the delivery of various programs and activities.

**Position Description**:
Family Liaison Officers provide community-based information, support and assistance to individual members, partners, families and community groups. They will participate in various community activities and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

**Position Duties**:

- Perform straightforward tasks that support the delivery programs and activities.
- Respond to straightforward enquiries and maintain accurate records and files.
- Provide advice and services for a range of straightforward support activities.
- Build and sustain relationships with team members, stakeholders and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
- Collect and consolidate data and information and provide assistance in the preparation of written documentation.
- Assist in the coordination, delivery and reporting of activities and tasks.

**Ideally, you will**:

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate family engagement events.
- Understanding of the local community.
