**Your new role awaits **
We are currently seeking an Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our West Australian Engineering Solutions team. This position plays a pivotal role in the Sales, Products and Operational teams. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role is responsible for providing market intelligence, securing sales opportunities, and providing product specific technical expertise to both internal and external clients in order to maximise the growth of our Engineering Solutions business. There is a strong focus on exploring and supporting new initiatives.
**A typical day will include**:
- Working with the local sales team to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
- Developing key relationships with customers to develop a strong pipeline.
- Promoting the Coates product range and capability as a major supplier of Dewatering, Water treatment, Pumping solutions and Shoring
- Leading our uncompromising Safety First culture throughout the organisation and understand this is a major part of our Value proposition to our customers
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Degree qualifications in a related field can be an advantage
- Extensive product, or sales experience
- Hire industry or Civil construction experience
- Proven success in prospecting for growth from existing and potential customers.
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Presentation skills with the ability to deliver product training to internal and external customers.
- Analytical skills to identify product performance.
- The drive and energy to maximise the impact of the broader sales and branch teams.
