Production Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team in Kwinana, WA. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of chemistry and chemical processing, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a manufacturing plant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide process management and technical support to operators and operating groups
    • Improve safety, productivity, efficiency, and reliability of operating plants
    • Drive continuous improvement through new products, processes, equipment, and people
    • Investigate, design, install, and manage plant upgrades, ensuring delivery on time, cost, scope, and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering and 2+ years' experience in an operations environment
  • Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid understanding of chemistry and chemical processing, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a manufacturing plant
  • Capability to monitor and adjust plant processes to optimise performance
