We specialise in national refrigerated transport solutions as well as warehousing and distributions services across the East Coast. Our mission is to provide a premium refrigerated supply chain network through our commitment to achieving the highest levels of safety, customer service, sustainability and industry-leading information management systems whilst developing and supporting the best people working together as part of a team.
Due to growth within our company, we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our new Melbourne depot. This role is a Full Time, Monday to Friday role with the possibility for occasional weekend work.

**The role**:
- Manage and respond to customer service inbox
- Ensure all customers are responded to within a reasonable time frame
- Making contact with drivers to check in on deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse and Operations staff on customer queries with products
- Assist with bookings and updating Operations
- Be a Support to the Operations Coordinators
- Assist with printing labels and collating paperwork for drivers
- Assist with POD's
- Learn to use our Truckmate system
- General office duties
- Cross training into Operations to cover leave and Saturday work for the right person
**About You**:
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role. You will be able to work autonomously in your role as well as apart of a team. You will understand how to prioritise tasks and have a strong customer focus within your role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers on the phone so you will need to be able to demonstrate professional attributes and be extremely clear and concise with all information you relay to customers at all times.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence dealing with customers on the phone
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- Have effective time management skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well under pressure
- Willing to Abide by the Company's COVID19 Safe work plan
**Preferred but not Essential**:
- Previous experience in a Transport Management System
- Previous experience within the Transport Industry
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
